Yes. You will receive the same product as shown in the picture and of the same variations that you have selected for example size, color and brand. We will make sure you receive your product in a good condition with suitable packing.
After you have placed an order you will receive your sales receipt / bill on you email address entered at check out. If you still need a hard copy of the bill please contact us after placing the order so that we send your bill with the parcel.
You can return an order by bringing it at our store. The item(s) in your order will be inspected and if found damaged/ torn will not returned / exchanged at any cost. Please read our Returns Policy for further information.
Yes, we will restock an item indicated out of stock. We cannot be specific of a time for when an item will be re-stocked. If you need it or have any query about it please feel free to contact us through website, our Facebook page or Whatsapp.
Your orders can be shipped all across Pakistan. For Karachi the delivery time is 1-3 days working days. For other cities of Pakistan the delivery time could be 2-3 working days.
